Grab your Pip-Boys and suit up, because we’re leaving the vault and headed for the Commonwealth! Amazon MGM Studios shares the first official trailer for its highly-anticipated adaptation of the hit video game series FALLOUT. From executive producers Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy, the creators of Westworld, starring Ella Purnell, Aaron Moten and Walton Goggins, the full series drops on Prime Video on April 11th.
The trailer shows Walton Goggins who is either an executive or sales representative for Vault-Tec, a company that built underground dwellings for humanity to survive should there be a nuclear event. 200 years later, he appears to have survived but has become a ghoul, an irradiated human that are a staple in the beloved Fallout video games, and crosses paths with Lucy, the bright-eyed Vault-dweller who steps out into the Commonwealth wasteland and faces multiple threats head on, from feral ghouls and dangerous creatures, to psychotic Mr. Handy robots and members of the Brotherhood of Steel decked out in Power Armor.
Other guest stars spotted throughout the trailer include Sarita Choudhury (And Just Like That), Moises Arias (King of Staten Island), Kyle MacLachlan (Twin Peaks), Michael Emerson (LOST), Dale Dickey (A League of Their Own),
I am a massive fan of the Fallout series and have been waiting with bated breath since they announced this live-action adaptation back in July 2020.
